IT Support Specialist

Key tasks/responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage IT infrastructure projects within Intrum Global Business Services and Baltic region;
  • Provide support regarding IT questions per request from any internal users;
  • Cooperate with IT services provider;
  • Manage vendors, control resources, plan and act according to predefined
    budget, ensure quality service, improve existing and create new processes;
  • Create, evaluate and recommend solutions that optimize business and meet
    user requirements.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot problems;


We expect that you have:

  • Have a higher education or are still studying;
  • Have very good English language knowledge;
  • Have Service Desk, general IT or related experience;
  • Are self-driven and proactive, need little supervision on daily tasks;
  • Have good written and verbal communication skills; 
  • Have professional, supportive, and helpful attitude;
  • Willing to learn and develop.
