Back Office Specialist (Payments)


Key tasks/responsibilities:

  • Managing different types of payments: outgoing, unplaced, overpayments, etc.
  • Investigating incoming payments and mail
  • Preparation of reports
  • Written communication with customers and clients

We expect that you:

  • are good in written and oral English
  • are familiar with MS Office (user level)
  • have willingness and ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures
  • are a good team player
  • have experience in accounting or related field (would be an advantage)
